Data storage

For your registration on our homepage, as well as for the completion of your purchase, we have to save several data. First of all these are your registration data (name, company, address data, telephone, password). Because of security reasons we always save your IP address of every purchase and/or registration. The registration data which are saved in your customer profile will be allocated to your order and accordingly saved. Your email address will be used for the transmission of the order confirmation, our terms and conditions and other information, that exclusively apply to your order or to our General Terms and Conditions. Furthermore we will use your email address for our own marketing measures, e.g. for the sending of newsletters per email, with your permission. You can cancel the receipt of the marketing information at any time – e.g. per email.

Data Transfer

Your data will be passed on in individual processing steps in the frame of the order data processing only to companies that are involved in the handling of your order (e.g. Paypal).  The companies are not allowed to use your data for other reasons than for the order handling or other legal purposes.

This website uses cookies, as long as you accept such ones. Cookies are placed by us, because they are absolutely necessary for the order process.  

Rights of objection
In accordance with the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG), under certain conditions you have the right to amendment, barring and deletion of your data, which are stored in our data base. In any case you have the right to information. Please contact us, if you have any questions.  

Permissibility of data processing and - use
In accordance with the BDSG  the data processing and –using  is permissible, if the BDSG or another legal regulation permit it, or when the concerned party agrees. The BDSG permits the data processing and use, only if it happens in the frame of appropriation of a contractual relationship or a quasi contract mutual trust.

The data processing is also permitted, as far as it is necessary for the safekeeping of legitimate interests of the storing place, respectively a third party, respectively a recipient, and there is no reason to believe, that the protected interests of the concerned in the exclusion of the processing or use outweigh, respectively they have a protection worthy interest.
